All About Passport to Possibilities

What:
Passport to Possibilities is Beyond Inclusion's annual inclusive travel programme, giving participants the opportunity to experience leisure travel and access recreational activities that simply don't exist on island.

Who It's For:
Passport to Possibilities was created for adults with support needs. For many of our participants, travel has typically meant one thing only: medical appointments. For others, it's been years since they've been away at all, while some have never had the chance to travel alongside peers or share a trip with friends the way so many of us do without a second thought. Passport to Possibilities gives them the opportunity to experience something many of us take for granted.

Why It Matters:
Leisure travel, the kind built around joy and adventure, is often out of reach for our participants. Not because the desire isn't there, but because of the planning it takes, the extra hoops required to ensure a safely supported experience, and the reality that resources are often directed toward necessary day to day care instead of leisure opportunities.

Passport to Possibilities changes that equation, if only for one trip a year, opening the door to independence, connection, and new experiences that so many of us access freely.

Impact:
For our participants, it's more than a trip. It's a passport to a world of possibilities: one filled with adventure, friendship, and the simple, powerful experience of being fully included.

And the impact doesn't stop with our travelers. For the primary carers at home, this trip means something just as profound: a rare stretch of true respite, knowing their loved one is somewhere safe, supported by trusted staff, and having the time of their life. That peace of mind, even for a week, is its own kind of gift.

The Campaign: Donate A Passport!

Here’s how YOU can help!

We're raising $40,000 to send 10 participants and 5 support staff on next year's journey, and we're doing it one Passport at a time.

$100 = 1 Passport, and we need 400 Passports to reach our fundraising goal.

That number can feel big, but it isn't meant to be carried alone, you can split a Passport!

A Passport doesn't have to come from one person. Gather 10 friends at $10 each, and together you've funded a full Passport. It's a way to make giving accessible to all, and to share in the impact as a group.

Community Donor ($100+) 🧡

Donate one Passport (or more!) and receive a personalised digital passport with your name on it, recognising your contribution. It's yours to keep and share on social media and show your support for the programme.

Passport Partners: Give at a Higher Altitude ($2,500 - $10,000) ✈️

For individuals, community groups, and businesses looking to make a larger impact, we invite you to become a Passport Partner.

Silver to Platinum Passport Partners ($2,500 to $10,000)

  • Silver Passport Partner - $2500 (25 passports)

  • Gold Passport Partner - $5000 (50 passports)

  • Platinum Passport Partner - $7500 (75 passports)

  • Diamond Passport Partner - $10,000 (100 passports)

Partners at these levels receive a physical passport certificate featuring their company logo, recognising the number of passports contributed. They'll also be acknowledged across our social media platforms and donor communications, with their logo or name featured on campaign materials as "Supported by (Company Name)," and included in press releases, media features, and community updates.

Title Partner ($15,000, one available)

The Title Passport Partner receives exclusive naming rights, with the trip presented as "Passport to Possibilities 2027, sponsored by (Company Name)." Their logo appears first and largest across all materials and is featured exclusively on participant trip t-shirts, with photos shared publicly.

The Title Partner also receives a physical passport certificate recognising 150 passports contributed and is prominently acknowledged in press releases, media features, and community updates.
